Who qualifies? Families eligible for free or reduced lunch through Kennedale ISD
Scholarship Rate: $65/week for full-time care
Extra Savings: Pay monthly, and the rate is only $60/week
How to Apply: After completing your online registration, email jancleere@imaginationzone.org. Jan will share the required paperwork and adjust your tuition once approved.

IZONE Payment Options Through Procare
The final step in registering your child is setting up your account in our childcare system, Procare. Once you receive your welcome email, you’ll be guided to complete your billing setup.
Procare makes payments simple, secure, and convenient. Log in to the app, link your bank account for easy ACH payments, and manage your child’s tuition with just a few taps.
We offer both Weekly and Monthly Payment Plans so you can select the option that works best for your family

Procare makes it easy to link your bank account for secure ACH payments, and an autopay option is also available for added convenience.
Just so you know, we do not accept debit or credit cards due to processing fees.
However, we gladly accept checks, cash, or money orders on-site.
Weekly Payment Plan
Weekly Payment Plan
Invoices are sent every Monday through Procare and are due by Friday of the same week.
Billing covers the current week of care. No charges will be applied for Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, or Spring Break, as the program is closed during these times.
Monthly Payment Plan
Monthly Payment Plan
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month, with payment due during the first week.
Families enrolled in the monthly plan receive a $5 weekly discount per child.
As with the weekly plan, there are no charges for Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, or Spring Break, as the program is closed during those times.
