FAQ - Full-day Monday Camp

Serving Pre-K through 5th Grade
On select Mondays when school is not in session, Imagination Zone offers a full-day program designed to support working families while enriching the lives of students. With a structured routine, engaging curriculum, and caring staff, our Monday program ensures your child’s day is filled with purpose, play, and discovery.

Our Full-Day Monday Program begins in January and is available on the following school-closed dates:

April 13, 20, 27
May 11

Federal holidays and professional development days are not included (Dates in Yellow & Green).

100% FREE for parents thanks to district support

⏰ Drop-Off Window: 7:30–8:30 AM (Parents must escort students to check-in due to no crossing guard on Mondays unless arriving by approved daycare transportation)

⏰ Program Start: 8:30 AM sharp

⏰ Final Arrival Cut-Off: 8:35 AM (late arrival permitted only with prior approval) 

⏰ Camp Ends: 4:00 PM (Pick-up by 4:30 PM)

Aftercare: Students enrolled in the IZONE Afterschool Program may stay until 6:30 PM at no extra cost.

Meals: Breakfast and lunch are provided only with pre-order through Kristi’s RSVP form. For children with food allergies, families are encouraged to send a lunch from home, as only one meal option is provided each day.

Absences: Please notify IZONE if your child will be absent. After three no-show absences without notice, eligibility may be suspended.

Location: Offered at all KISD elementary campuses

Daycare transportation is allowed when the daycare is listed as an authorized pickup in Procare. (Spirals and Imagination Station)

🧩 Essential Academics (EA) / Life Skills Students

Imagination Zone (IZONE) partners with Kennedale ISD to provide Monday Camp care and support for students enrolled in the district’s Essential Academics (EA) / Life Skills classrooms.

EA / Life Skills Monday Camp services are offered exclusively at the R.F. Patterson Elementary IZONE site on designated Monday Camp days.
