Stay At Home When Sick

CDC guidance - Stay at home when sick

Stay home if sick. If you or your child has been sick, we ask that the ill person stay home until they’ve been symptom-free without medication for at least 48 hours.

Sick Space. Each location will have a dedicated space where staff can care for sick children while being separated from others until a family member arrives to pick up.

Wipe down Equipment

CDC guidance - Clean and Disinfect

Site cleanliness. Toys, playground equipment, and other high-touch surfaces will be regularly disinfected.

Restrict Access

CDC guidance - Pick-up procedures

Pick-up. Families are asked to call IZONE’s campus cell phone when they arrive to pick up their child.

Restricted access. We ask that families not walk into the site to pick up a child, instead we will have staff available at a check-in station to escort the child to their car.

Hand washing and Sanitizing

CDC guidance - Cleaning and Disinfection efforts.

Hand washing and sanitizing. Everyone will need to wash hands, and we’ll continue to integrate hand-washing into the daily activities. Hand sanitizer will be available.

IZONE practices the following actions:

Diligently following our hygiene and cleaning procedures, including disinfecting high-touch surfaces like door handles and sanitizing more frequently.
