Parents!

We understand the importance of keeping you informed about your child’s after-school care. That's why we are pleased to provide you with access to our newly acquired software, Procare Solutions’ top-notch parent app.

Once you have completed the registration process using the link at the bottom of this page, you will need to download the Procare mobile app onto your cell phone. This app will keep you updated on upcoming events and important information. Additionally, you can use the app to check on your child each afternoon and make payments to our program. Please be assured that your campus site director will be available to assist you with any questions you may have. We are committed to making things easier for everyone!

Once we receive your registration and process it, a link will be emailed to you.  This may be the next day.  Below are the steps to follow:

 1. You will receive an Invitation from Procare:

This invitation will contain a link to the Procare Web Portal and a unique invite code. 

2. Sign Up for a Procare Account:

Click the link in the welcome email to access the Procare Web Portal.

Select "Parent" when prompted.

Complete the registration form with your information, including your email address (which must match the one used for the invitation).

Create a password and confirm it.

Click "Sign Up". 

3. Access the Parent Portal:

Once your account is created, you can log in to the Procare Web Portal using your email address and password.

ProCare Payment Information

You can choose between a Weekly Payment Plan or a Monthly Payment Plan. Details are below:

- Weekly Payment Plan: You will receive your invoice every Monday, with payment due by Friday. Invoices for the current week your child attends will be sent out now.

- Monthly Payment Plan: You will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month, and payment is due during the first week.
