🍎 Food Allergy Plans |🚨 Emergency Plans
The safety of every child is extremely important to us.
If your child has a diagnosed food allergy or medical condition requiring emergency medication (such as an EpiPen®, Auvi-Q®, rescue inhaler, or seizure medication), a completed Emergency Care Plan signed by your child's physician must be submitted before attendance.
To help keep every child safe, families must provide:
✔ A completed Emergency Care Plan
✔ Emergency medication in its original prescription container
✔ Updated emergency contact information
Our staff follow the physician's emergency instructions if emergency medication is required.
Please Note: Imagination Zone does not administer routine or daily medications during program hours.
We prepare for emergencies through regular practice, staff training, and established safety procedures.
We regularly review and practice:
🔥 Fire Drills
🌪️ Severe Weather Drills
🔒 Lockdown Procedures
🚪 Emergency Evacuation Plans
👩🏫 Staff Emergency Training
📞 Emergency Family Communication
Our goal is to provide a safe, organized response while keeping every child protected.
