IZONE Afterschool Care
IZONE continues to provide licensed afterschool care with familiar KISD staff until 6:30 PM each school day.
Updated Tuition for 2026–2027:
• Registration Fee: $75 annually
• Full-Time (4+ days/week): $80/week
• Part-Time (3 days or fewer): $70/week
• Drop-In Care: $20/day (space permitting)
✨ NEW: Tuition is paid in advance for the upcoming week of attendance.

💚 Need-Based Scholarships
Need-based scholarships are available for qualifying Kennedale ISD families approved for Free or Reduced Lunch. Eligible families may receive Full-Time Afterschool Care for $70/week. Complete your registration, then email jancleere@imaginationzone.org to request an application. Funding is limited and awarded based on availability.
Monday Full-Day Camp

✨ NEW: Monday Camp is now available as a family-paid program with expanded care hours from 7:30 AM–6:30 PM (up to 11 hours of care).
Monday Camp Enrollment Options:
• Afterschool + Monday Camp — $38 per scheduled camp day (Billed separately from afterschool tuition • $25 Monday Camp registration fee waived)
• Monday Camp Only — Pay-As-You-Go — $25 annual registration fee + $45 per attended camp day (Payment due Friday prior to Monday Camp attendance)
• Monday Camp Only — Semester Prepay — $25 annual registration fee + $40 per scheduled camp day (Payment due during the first week of each semester)
Fall Semester (5 dates): $200 total
Spring Semester (7 dates): $280 total
✨ NEW: Location & Meals Changes:
• Monday Camp may not operate at your child’s home campus
• J.A. Arthur Early Childhood is the initial planned location. Additional locations may open based on enrollment and staffing. Final locations communicated in August
• Breakfast will be eaten before arrival, and your child will need to bring a sack lunch. Morning and afternoon snacks provided by IZONE
Please Note:
• Monday Camp registration is required prior to attendance
• Federal holidays and Kennedale ISD Professional Development Days are not designated Monday Camp dates
• Monday Camp tuition is non-refundable

Once your registration is approved, you'll receive an invitation to create your Procare account. From there, you can select your payment plan, view invoices, make secure ACH payments, and manage your family's account.

✅ Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted on-site. An IZONE staff member will provide a receipt for every payment received.

Our Monthly Tuition Schedule is designed to make planning easier for families—especially those with more than one child enrolled in IZONE.
Monthly totals are based on the scheduled school weeks in each month, so families can see estimated costs ahead of time and budget with confidence.
Attendance does not determine payment. Weekly tuition reserves your child’s space and staffing at their campus and remains the same regardless of absences.
Sibling pricing is already reflected to help make quality care more affordable for families.
Full-Time Care (4–5 days/week):
1st Child $80/week • 2nd Child $75/week
Part-Time / Scholarship Care (1–3 days/week):
1st Child $70/week • 2nd Child $65/week
