IZONE Payment Options Using Procare:
The final step in registering your child for our program is to complete the process in our childcare system, Procare. Once you receive your email from Procare, you can set up your billing information.
As you finalize your details in the Procare app, you’ll discover how easy it is to make payments! You can link your bank account for ACH payments by logging in, providing you with a smooth experience.
You can choose between a Weekly Payment Plan or a Monthly Payment Plan.
Additional Important Details:
Procare makes linking your bank account for ACH payments very simple. An autopay feature is also available.
To keep things straightforward, we cannot accept debit or credit cards due to extra fees.
Starting in November, we will be phasing out PayPal payments due to rising costs.
We gladly accept checks, cash, or money orders on-site.
**Weekly Payment Plan:**
You will receive an invoice every Monday, with payment due by Friday.
Procare will send out invoices for the current week your child is attending.
There will be no charges for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and during the two spring break weeks, as we will be closed.
**Monthly Payment Plan:**
You can expect your invoice on the 1st of every month, with payment due during the first week.
The monthly payment plan offers a $5 discount per week.
As with the weekly plan, there will be no charges for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the two spring break weeks since we will be closed.
